Ian Scutts
Ian is an experienced Client-Side Project Manager with over thirty-five years’ experience in residential development, construction and project management. Ian has spent his entire career working in the NSW residential construction industry with the first fifteen working contractor side.
In 2008, Ian focused his career in the field of client-side project management where he initially managed a diverse project portfolio as a contractor to NSW Land & Housing Corporation.
Ian has delivered Affordable Housing projects, Aged & Child Care, Seniors Living, General Housing Developments, Group Homes, Infrastructure & Subdivisions projects, as well as several Community Renewal programs in Sydney and Regional NSW.
Ian is a member of the Specialist Disability Alliance, an accredited Livable Housing Australia Assessor and has personally managed the design and construction of over one hundred specialist dwellings for persons with a Disability.
