For occupational therapists and case managers
Send the report and we will scope it, price it and build to it. You will hear about variations before they happen, not after, and you will get the evidence you need to close the file.
We work to your report, not around it
The common complaint about builders in this space is that the finished job is not what was prescribed. Rails end up where the tiler found a stud. A threshold gets rebuilt because nobody read the clearance. The client is happy enough and the report no longer matches the house.
Twenty-five years in residential construction, ten of them in government and not-for-profit housing, means we can read a scope and build to it. Where something genuinely cannot be done as drawn, you hear about it while it is still a drawing.
What that looks like in practice
- We price from your report, not from a walk-through and a guess
- Clearances, heights and fixings built as specified
- Rails fixed into solid framing, not into whatever was there
- Variations raised with you before the work happens
- Photographs and measurements back at completion
- One person on the job, so nothing is lost in a handover
We are a licensed builder (327894C) and an accredited Livable Housing assessor (LHDG031), so we can also do the design advice and certification side where that is what you need.
How a referral works
Four steps, and you stay in the loop at every one of them.
You send the report
Email it across with the client’s contact details and any photographs or measurements you already have.
We scope and price
Priced against what you have specified. If something will not work as drawn, we raise it with you then, not on site.
The work happens
We deal with the client directly on timing and access, and keep you copied on anything that changes the scope.
You get it back in writing
Photographs, final measurements and a note of anything that varied, in a form you can put on file.
What helps us quote quickly
- The assessment or scope of works
- Photographs of the areas involved
- Any measurements you have already taken
- The funding stream and who is approving it
- Access notes, pets, and who is home when
None of it is essential. A phone call and an address is enough to get started.
Categories and complexity
We work across simple and minor modifications through to complex. On NDIS work the category and the assessor requirements are yours to determine, and we build to whatever comes out of that.
Specialist Disability Accommodation is a separate stream and we have delivered it through to dwelling registration, so if a client is heading that way we can pick it up from feasibility.
Where we cover
Anywhere in New South Wales. Scoping and pricing run remotely, and we attend site for the work itself.
Send us a report
Attach it to the contact form and we will come back to you with a scope and a price. Or ring and talk it through first.
